Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Luxnusa's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

Luxnusa provides luxury private tour experiences in Bali, Indonesia. Our services include:

  • Private guided tours with luxury transportation
  • Customized travel itineraries
  • VIP concierge services
  • Activity and experience bookings

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

To book a tour, you must provide accurate and complete information. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified in your quote.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is due before the tour date, as specified in your booking confirmation
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal
  • All prices are in USD or IDR unless otherwise stated

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • More than 7 days before tour: Full refund minus processing fees
  • 3-7 days before tour: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Changes to Bookings

We understand that plans change. You may request changes to your booking (dates, itinerary, etc.) subject to availability. Changes requested within 72 hours of the tour may incur additional fees.

Weather and Force Majeure

In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases:

  • We will offer an alternative date or itinerary
  • If no alternative is acceptable, a full refund will be provided
  • We are not liable for indirect costs (flights, accommodation, etc.)

Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time at the designated pickup location
  • Follow safety instructions provided by guides and drivers
  • Respect local customs, laws, and cultural sites
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions
  • Be responsible for your personal belongings

Liability and Insurance

Luxnusa carries liability insurance for our vehicles and operations. However, we strongly recommend that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

Luxnusa is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or illness
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Delays or changes due to weather or external factors
  • Activities or services provided by third parties

Photography and Media

During tours, our guides or staff may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Luxnusa website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Luxnusa and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. We encourage good-faith negotiations to resolve disputes. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Bali, Indonesia.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxnusa's liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
